Sure. Scrub well.
I don't like them mixed in with mashed potatoes, but for most things, I do leave them

Yep, yum yum. Baked potato, chipped potatoes, wedges, hashed. Not boiled unless baby taters. Mashed I can do if the potatoes are cubed small before boiling.

I never peel my potatoes, I just scrub them and cut off any weird looking bits. The skin is where all the flavour and nutrition is!

I always eat the skins. Potatoes without skins don't have the same appeal (get it?).

Specific recommendations for a healthy diet include: eating more fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and grains; cutting down on salt, sugar and fats. It is also advisable to choose unsaturated fats, instead of saturated fats and towards the elimination of trans-fatty acids."

I like baked potatoes without skin taste really yummy. I don’t like ones with skin at all.

I have to peel it to make sure there aren't any green parts. If I don't peel all the green and cut out the eyes I'll get a case of the runs.
