Transportable vegan Thanksgiving sides

Does anyone have any good vegan side dish recipes to take to Thanksgiving dinner? I would like some ideas for things that are easily transportable. Maybe some good cold dishes or things that don't require cooking when served.

Pita bread and hummus are big favorites. Sugar snap peas, served raw in the pod, are a pleasant surprise to people who haven't tried them. Same with raw sliced jicama.

How about a nice chick pea salad? a can of chick peas drained and then put in whatever you have available, like green onions, bell peppers, cucumber, celery, cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley and/or basil or cilantro and then a nice vinegar dressing with olive oil if you consume oil, a bit of jam with the vinegar if you don't. Pepper, a bit of salt and any other herbs you love....

Waldorf salad is one of my favorites! It started when I first tried homemade mayo and only had sweetened soy milk. I found it tasted just like whatever my grandmothers recipe for that dressing was- i know it involved mayo and I think cool whip

Chopped apples, grapes, celery, walnuts, I also add pineapple
This is a good recipe

People really like the Asian ramen salad--
