Pacific Seitan?

Hi Everyone! I am looking for some reviews of Pacific Seitan. My husband and I love the West Soy brand, but some sites sell Pacific for considerably less money. What do you think: is Pacific good, or should I stick with West Soy? Thanks a ton for your feedback!

Have you tried making your own? It's become a regular hobby for me, trying all the different ways to flavor and cook it.
I've never had Pacific, Westsoy I thought ok.

If you haven't made your own look up Conniesrawsome kitchen on Youtube. She does good tutorals and has great tips and ideas! So cheap too! I get Bobs Red Mill, sometimes from amazon

Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good
