What's for summer?

Summer is hot outside, what do you eat to refresh yourself? When I walk around outside when it's really hot, a bottle of cold Coke is especially great!

Fresh berries and fruits picked in my own backyard along with frozen banana nice cream, smoothies, and some frozen fruit sorbets, like watermelon with fresh mint.

Currently sipping on a "smoothie" made with frozen bananas, curly kale, some distilled water, and freshly picked black raspberries. Mmmmmmmmmm.......

For me, the ideal solution is a slice of cold watermelon.

I was going to say that. It's winter here and I had some watermelon yesterday. Mistake. Too cold.

Iced tea is good for the summer heat.

In hot summer afternoon, I prefer to have a slice of cold watermelon after lunch and feel cool and great.

Staying inside because I hate the heat.

As for food, don't really eat anything specific. Just more fridge cold water.

Oranges with mint - a surprisingly delicious combo! Just peel an orange, break into sections, and stick it in a bowl in the fridge with some fresh mint leaves for an hour or 2. It's sweet, cold, and refreshing.

Sounds delicious but it's minus 1 Celsius here atm so it will have to wait until summer.
