This is the sponge base for a tiramisu so it should work.

Sponge Cake

.

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup egg replacer

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

2 sticks soy margarine

.

For the sponge: combine flour with dry ingredients. Mix margarine, vanilla, sugar and egg replacer then add to flour and mix.

Spread on a sheet pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool.

houston texas

its called either the vegetable garden or the garden vegetable or something along that line...

its completely vegan chinese food, they even have some dim sum and sushi too

its a pretty cheap buffet and its great

theres another one down the street on westheimer from this place, but that one is more expensive and not as good

ive never had a hard time getting vegan food anywhere in texas

eating in texas is like a special vegan treat compared to new orleans
