As far as I can see the main difference between The isolate and the concentrate is the protein content and texture.
Isolate has around 90% protein.
Concentrate has about 70 % protein
Both have has the fat and carbohydrates removed.
Soy flour has about 50% protein.
TSP and TVP are made from are made from de-fatted soy flour (I think ?)
TVP has the (approx) same amount of protein as meat.
Best I can do - don't know if it helps. We use TVP as a meat substitute and soy "milk" powder to make vegan bread.
