I really like semolina in the evening. It's a very old fashioned nursery pudding, a bit like a fine sweet porridge.
Semolina is course-ground wheat (a bit like ground polenta), you cook it with milk and sugar in a saucepan - any plant milk will do - and flavour it with ground nutmeg. ![]() Like rice pudding, it's also nice topped with some jam. ![]() |
