Smoothie Recipe Request EMERGENCY

I need a recipe for a FILLING smoothie. I mean, I want to be STUFFED after I finish slurping it, as in, I want to feel like I just swallowed a cinder block.

Thanks a lot. :-)

Sounds awful!
Add oats, wheat germ and ground flax.
Avocado and/or coconut

Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good

I am pretty full after mine, but I am admittedly not a huge breakfast person:

10 Frozen Strawberries
1/2 banana
1 cup coconut milk (any plant-based milk works)
1/4 cup of oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseed
2 tsp coconut sugar

1 banana
1 large navel orange
handful of frozen kale
1/3 tsp turmeric
1/3 tsp ginger
1/3 tsp pepper
1 scoop chocolate Vega protein powder
enough soy milk to blend to your preferred consistency.

You get your green veggies, your protein, vitamin C and whatever bananas give you and the spices are great anti-inflammatory sources.

This was good except for that I added too much pepper. It did fill me up tho.

I'm drinking this now. It's delicious. I added a tbsp of cacao powder. I'm about halfway done but I'm already totally stuffed.

If anyone can think of another one, I'd be really happy. Thanks.
