1 large navel orange
handful of frozen kale
1/3 tsp turmeric
1/3 tsp ginger
1/3 tsp pepper
1 scoop chocolate Vega protein powder
enough soy milk to blend to your preferred consistency.
You get your green veggies, your protein, vitamin C and whatever bananas give you and the spices are great anti-inflammatory sources.
