Kite Hill cultured vegan cheeses
Has anybody else tried the Kite Hill cultured vegan cheeses? I think that these are a recent product. They're available at Whole Foods. I tried the "soft ripened" cheese, which is similar to a brie, and the "original," which is somewhat like mozzarella. The latter one is hard to describe. They're made from cultured almond milk.
I was very pleased with both of them. They're not cheap, but I was such a cheese-holic before I went vegan that little treats like this now and again make a huge difference. I also don't get any of Miyoko's products near me, so I am happy to have access to some good, cultured vegan cheese.
