I would like to make some vegan pizza, but I hate traditional pizza veggies (peppers, mushrooms, pineapple). Does anyone have any pizza combo suggestions that don't include any of those veggies?

This is weird, but I put lettuce, tomato, and black olives on mine.

Asparagus, kale, broccoli, artichokes, onions and zucchini all go great on pizza.

Something that I am going to have to try sometime is a polenta "crust" with refried beans & salsa as a sauce and topped w/ beans, corn and avocado for something different.

Spinach is good.

Sometime, I'd like to do a three-mushroom pizza with shiitake, portobella and morels.

Tomato hummus as the sauce on a pre-baked pizza crust (I use a thin crust).. topped with marinated artichoke hearts, cooked mushrooms, cooked spinach, and roasted red peppers!!

hi bun, here are some of my combos

marinated artichoke hearts or defrosted and drained chopped spinach, sliced black olives, sliced onions, tomato sauce, veg cheese

sliced onions, green peppers, olives, mushrooms (hey I am traditional)

vegan sausage and pepperoni, veg cheese and tomato sauce, sliced onion

grilled veggies, tomato sauce and veg cheese

Hmm, it is about time for me to make a pizza

I also like to make spinach calzones.....
