Do you prefer whole grain foods (rice and bread, etc..) or refined?

I love wheat bread better than white, I like it with seeds, etc. I love brown rice, I always order that instead of white at Panda Veg. I don't like whole wheat pasta, though. Most of the brands I have tasted are just not good. I think Bionature WW Pasta is good. I make my pizza crusts with half wheat and half white flour, but in most of the cakes and cookies I bake I use white flour. So I guess it depends on what I am making

Isn't most white bread made of wheat?
I like to eat a whole different range... I like variety, white, wholemeal, multi-grain, rye, sourdough.
