I didn't vote because I can't choose! I love wheat if it is a thick, dense, crusty bread. But I used to be a sugar junkie so it's hard to completely give up the white stuff, like a good Italian bread. I'm so ashamed!
wheat bread, bagels, english muffins ect. I've had wheat pasta but i just get a fortified pasta. Tried wheat pizza dough- i thought it tasted really good but the rest of my family said they wouldnt buy it again.
I love wheat bread better than white, I like it with seeds, etc. I love brown rice, I always order that instead of white at Panda Veg. I don't like whole wheat pasta, though. Most of the brands I have tasted are just not good. I think Bionature WW Pasta is good. I make my pizza crusts with half wheat and half white flour, but in most of the cakes and cookies I bake I use white flour. So I guess it depends on what I am making
Generally I eat only whole grain breads. I never buy anything other than that. I also only buy sprouted breads which do not contain all the nasty junk that regular breads do, even if whole wheat.
Wheat means "whole wheat" here. You've got a point, though. I go into a store reading ingredients and see "wheat flour" and I have to remember that unless it says "whole wheat flour", it's probably not.

I was wondering who the original kitty helmet was!
