muesli doesn't fill you up? Geez, it's the most filling thing I've ever eaten! Maybe you're eating a lighter kind than I usually do.

What about a soymilk smoothie? I just wing it and add frozen berries, a bunch of soymilk and sometimes a banana or orange juice. Soft silken tofu works too. You don't really need to measure as long as you're sure to add enough liquid so that your blender can blend properly.

I'm not much of a "breakfast food" eater for breakfast. I know I'm odd that way but it seems like the last thing I want in the morning is museli or the like. I am, however, a big fan of having leftovers for breakfast. That usually fills me nicely. Nothing's better than last night's cheeseless pizza or spaghetti with veggies and sauce to start my day.

I'm probably not much help to your question, though. Sorry.

I'm the same way. Sometimes I'll have cereal or a PB&J, but, I often make a stirfry. I dunno, it's what I want in the AM. Everyone who hears about me eating an entire pan of stirfry at 5am thinks I'm nuts, but hey, it tastes good.

Scrambled tofu? Oatmeal? Cream of wheat?

Maybe something warm will fill you the way you want.

That's the key to it usually, at least for me.

Oh, my breafast that I eat every morning, very filling

Orange Juice

Veg Mc Bagel

use Gimmie Lean Sausage (instead of ham)

use a toasted bagel instead of english muffin

and proceed with the recipe from Deb

http://www.vegsource.com/articles/deb_mcmuffin.htm

It is really good!

Had steel-cut oatmeal this morning. Takes about 6 minutes in the microwave (as opposed to 1 minute for the mushy, gutless instant stuff) but what is 6 minutes anyway?

I have a really easy pancake recipe that I like to make a batch of and its good for about 2 days or so if I don't want a lot.

Anyways, I like Bisquick and it's vegan without the milk and eggs. Just substitute a banana for the eggs, and soy milk for the milk and it comes out great, and I love adding blueberries or choco chips ( tropical source )
