uses seitan. The recipe is kind of long but the dish is very tasty; it's one of my favorites.

stir fry, grilled, ground up...

use it anyway you would use tempeh, or firm tofu...

any recipe that calls for meat, just substitute the seitan

I have "Praise Seitan" written on my bag that I use for shopping. I bought it at Trader Joe's, and then used a bunch of sharpies on it. It also says "GO VEGAN," "Don't have a cow, man!" "EAT SOY," and some other things.

I've only had "chicken style" seitan, and I eat it with cous cous, or put it on a bagel or something.

Check out my webcomic! www.GrammarComic.com
