The last thread hit over 5,000 posts and ran from 2009 until today, so let's keep the momentum going with Version 2.0!

The last thing I ate was a chocolate truffle. (Which is not usual, since I'm not a big chocolate eater).

So what's the last thing you ate or are currently eating?

Mmmm... truffles.

I had devilish potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, onions, summer squash, and green tea.

I just woke up, so I imagine the last thing I ate was a spider.

Before that, I had some baked veggies.

Lovely vegetable (asparagus, mushrooms, peppers, green peas and tomatoes), over the top of lentils, with almonds and a cashew mustard sauce!

No, it's a fact!

I just had a few dried cranberries.  I wish they made them with less sugar...

Now I'm off to eat more spiders, apparently.

Scrambled eggs with mushrooms drizzled with sriracha sauce, a royal gala apple, and a couple of cups of earl grey tea with unsweetened almond milk. I tried cartoned egg whites for the first time - pretty good!

Chickpea flour pancake.

14 grams of protein in just one pancake (1/2 cup of flour), and they say you can't enough protein as a vegetarian.

Just finished eating an after dinner apple. I'm working my way through a bag of royal galas at the moment. I'm getting pretty bored with this variety, though.

I just had some warm toasted pita bread with garlic hummus and mashed avocado. It was supposed to be a snack but turned into dinner, I'm so full now...

Just finished a Greek tofu scramble. It's basically tofu, spinach, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, black olives, and a whole bunch of fresh herbs (thyme, basil and oregano, I think). Quite tasty!

My school has barely any vegetarian options, sadly. I had a bagel with butter, French fries, water, and sliced peaches. Not exactly my dream lunch, but many mornings I don't have time in the morning to pack lunch.
