Had a couple of "homemade" vegan samosas that I got from the natural food market near me.

I had a handful of walnuts, the end of the chocolate/white marble cake with chocolate ganache on top, and a sip of Pepsi.

I had 1.3lb of salad. Spinach, romaine, bib lettuce, cherry tomato, cukes, peppers, yum. I had to make it at the salad bar at wegmans because I was out and about (took my cat to get spayed today). Thats why I know the exact weight lol.

A yummy smoothie - cucumber, carrot juice, apples, cantaloupe, and peanut butter. Sweetened just a bit since I don't  have any really sweet fruits on hand and I wanted it to have a peanut butter and jelly type flavor.

I've been wanting to try that! I saw a post by Freelee about it on Facebook and it looks so delicious and healthy.

Also the last thing I ate was a burrito full of pinto beans, caramelized onions, salsa, mashed potatoes and greens.

Freelee is how I learned of daterade too! Since you live in Canada, you can probably find these dates (I saw Tara from 40BelowFruity, who lives in BC, use this brand in one of her videos). They're a lot cheaper than medjools, super moist, and already pitted!

Oh cool, I follow 40BelowFruity as well. I haven't seen that brand around but I should try looking at some of the smaller ethnic food stores around here, medjools are like 10 bucks for a container so I don't get them as often as I'd like.

Just had a brown lentil sloppy joe (with tomato paste, onion, catsup, spices and lentils) on a whole wheat bun that came fresh from the only bakery in Duluth MN that makes a few vegan breads and cookies (Positively Third Street Bakery which is a Coop).  Had two plus cups of steamed broccoli on the side and a glass of almond milk.  And then some fresh warmed pineapple.  Now I feel sleepy and keep putting off a paper I have to write for school.  Ugh.
