Plain soy yogurt mixed with a chopped mango and royal gala apple. Mmm--fruit and yogurt is one of my favourite breakfasts!

I was still hungry after dinner so I fixed myself a little snack plate. It had dried unsulphured apricots, baby carrots & a very generous spoonful of roasted almond butter. I ate the apricots on their own but dipped the carrots in the nut butter. It sounds like an odd combination but it's surprisingly good.

The last thing I ate was a donut. I realized it looks like I eat only unhealthy food. I'm usually on here after the unhealthy snacks but I do eat a lot of healthy food as well.

Ice cream sundae. it was there. *shrugs* though, it had nuts in it so....*gag*

I don't like the texture much and they were really salty. So, my ice cream wasn't as good. I ate it anyway.
