That is an incredible combination, thanks for the idea!

The last thing I had was a spinach and cucumber salad with spring onion and balsamic vinaigrette.

Large mango and a handful of whole almonds along with morning coffee. I usually sip on my coffee but I just now noticed I downed the whole thing already. lol

I definitely misread "large mango" as "large mayo" the first time I read this and had this horrible mental image of someone eating an entire jar of veganaise with a spoon.

I just had two large coffees, it usually takes me forever to drink the first one and then I practically inhale the second (once I'm awake enough to remember how to work a cup haha). <3 coffee

I have just eaten:
3 pepper salad (red, yellow, green) with fresh lettuce and basil just picked and a cider vinegar and sesame oil dressing
Potato and leek soup (with all leftover veggies blended in) served with just out the oven crusty wholemeal bread
Baked apple crumble with a muesli and nut crunchy topping.

It only took most of the day to prepare but - worth it? Oh yes

Yummy veggie black bean burrito from Chipotles. They give the guacamole free on veggie meals, which I didn't know before! (Usually $2 extra). Yum!

I actually went there the other day to try their new tofu option. I added guacamole but they charged me $1.50 or something like that

We had grilled "cheese" for dinner tonight - Artisan bread, raspberry/dijon spread, Daiya Monterey Jack, thinly-sliced pears, and arugula, pan grilled with EB. Oh yeah.

The one near me doesn't have the tofu option yet. Maybe if you get tofu, they charge for the guacamole then?

I love their verde sauce and brown rice.

I had a half a pumpernickel bagel for breakfast with Daiya cream cheese (still love Tofutti better, but trying to avoid palm) and a mountain of Hanover Tomato slices on top. With lots of salt and pepper.

This morning I had rice crackers with cream cheese & fresh garlic chives, raspberry yogurt, grapes and gluten free biscuits with a cuppa tea.

Then for lunch I had a grilled cheese and a glass of coca cola.

And for tonight it's going to be salad with chips. Yum

Just polished off a blender full of tropical kale smoothie and a tomato, pickle relish, sauerkraut and mustard sandwich. They didn't go together too well, so I finished off the smoothie first, cleansed my palate with some water and then attacked the sandwich.

I don't think eating people from New Zealand is vegan...

I had pasta salad, bean salad, mango and watermelon.

quinoa cake at Le Pain Quotidien.

My world has expanded in wonderful ways now that there's a walking-distance brunch near me with multiple vegan options. Bonus that they have more than one vegan gluten-free option as well!
