Vegan spaghetti bolognese. It has got to be my favorite veganized meat dish. And up there on my all time favorite foods list. Right after cashew butter and cashews. Because, you know, cashews.

Today's breakfast is banana with peanut butter. I called it banana sandwich because it looks like sandwich. It's easy to make and it is so delicious. You can make apple sandwich too. I'm planning to go out this lunch with my best friend but I don't know what to eat later. Are there any suggestions where to eat delicious dishes for lunch?

Anywhere that serves hummus! But that's just me, I want hummus for every meal.

Tabouli, Baba ganouj, falafel, and fattoush with Moroccan mint tea! I think Middle Eastern has to be among my favorites.

You forgot hummus on your popcorn.

I just had a bowl of sunflower seeds and walnuts.

Picture wasn't taken by me; it's from the all vegan green smoothie bar/restaurant/grocery store near me Facebook page, but I just had this. Pretty good. Also having a green smoothie.

A sandwich meant more to recreate my childhood than to actually taste good, although it really wasn't bad. Veganaise, tofurky slices, follow your heart monterery jack cheese, mustard, and chipotle hot sauce (that last one is a recent addiction, not part of my childhood).

The vegan substitutes for non-vegan foods were all new to me - I loved the veganaise, liked the tofurky slices, and thought the follow your heart brand cheese tasted more like plastic than anything.

Two Rudi's organic wheat hot dog buns, stuffed with an awesome organic avocado, and hit with dashes of Naga Jolokia hot sauce. :-0

And a cucumber picked fresh from the garden.
