Somen noodles tossed with broccoli, bell pepper, and onion and coated with a soy-garlic-chili sauce, served hot. I've been really craving spicy foods lately for some reason.

I love spicy foods and eat them so often that when a dish doesn't involve chilies or hot spices I find it to be quite bland.

The last thing I ate was some Syrian-style lentil soup, a curried vegetable wrap, a handful of pretzel twists, and some water.

No, didn't bake it. I followed the recipe for the walnut cookies, and used the dough for truffles. The end result is I have to hand you an umbrella for drooling all over you.

All vegan "beef" and bean tacos with Daiya cheddar, red and green salsa, shopped olive, sour supreme & chives. Chips. Brownie and (r)ice cream for dessert. Wish me luck sleeping tonight.

This is how I am too, I add Sriracha to things that really don't need it but I just can't help myself. Sometimes I worry I'm spoiling my palate but hey I'm not a food critic, if I'm burning off all my tastebuds at least they'll die happy.

I wouldn't think anyone would have trouble sleeping after such a big delicious meal. Unless you're referring to gas of course, you were talking about gas weren't you?

Yeah, I was worried about gas. Not to worry though. I slept good!

I pressed & marinated slices of tofu in a sweet & spicy sauce overnight then pressed the tofu in a Formen grill and put in between Ezekiel bread with greens & tomatoes! Served with boiled fingerling potatoes with parsley, scallions then drained added salt pepper 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1/4 cup rice milk and stirred while hot. The oil & rice milk mimic butter flavor. Both items were delicious!

Plain coconut yogurt with blueberries and bosc pear slices. It was an indulgent breakfast because the yogurt and berries were expensive, but so worth it.

It's a bank holiday here in the UK today so we had a traditional but springlike 'Sunday roast' style dinner of herby nut loaf, roast new potatoes, roast carrots, steamed kale, steamed broccoli, parsley sauce and veggie gravy.

This evening we had nut loaf leftover from yesterday sliced and pan-fried, served with braised white cabbage, mashed potatoes and spring onions, steamed julienne carrots, plus parsley sauce and veggie gravy also leftover from yesterday. I love leftovers

These sound like very ethnic dishes! Ancestral cuisine?

Breakfast:
fruit smoothie - organic kale, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, 100% orange juice, organic soymilk

Lunch:
plain frozen broccoli
plain canned carrots (because I must have my crinkle-cuts)
plain baked potato
earth balance vegan butter
freshly chopped green onion

I'm a vegan who doesn't like to cook. XD This is how I survive.

It's peanut butter wrapped up in chocolate in a little dumpling like cookie, and tastes really good.

The last thing I ate was a hand full of walnuts and sunflower seeds.

A very yummy Thai Red Curry with melty chunks of butternut squash, chestnut mushrooms, red pepper, green beans and spring onions; served on a bed of sticky rice.

What's that you say about fish sauce and shrimps? Vegans seek ye here (and don't forget the coconut milk):
