Can anyone guide me or share with me a few methods on how to extract beet sugar?
I want to do this with my family over the summer with organic red beets.
Beet sugar is extracted from sugar beets, a type of extra sweet large white beet. I grew sugar beets once to try them in cooking, it was like eating pure white sugar, lol.

Red beets would be much lower yielding and your product would likely be pink or red. But the syrup would be an interesting organic food coloring, hmmm
