Hi All! I have some dried sea vegetables in my pantry, specifically kelp, kombu, and arame, which I'm not sure are safe to eat or not. I think one bag might be nearing one year old, but they seem so salty and preserved that they look the same as when I bought them.



Does anyone here know what the shelf life for dried seaweed is?
