Too bad I don't live near any of them. I hope they will add it to all locations because it would be cool to have that option to add tofu to my burrito.

Chipotle???

Why do so many popular vegan options have stuff I don't like?

Taco Bell has a fresco menu - no dairy -  and I thought it was tainted. I almost made a scene. Later I discovered it had cilantro.

I go to a new Mideastern restaurant for falafel - cilantro.

Avocado is Subways new thing - Yuck.

So now Chipotle tofu...

Moes has deliciously marinated tofu! Not close, but I'll drive there for it!

Ew.  If the avocado is any bit as unripe and not fresh as their tomatoes, that doesn't sound good.  LOL

Yes I am not a fan of Subway's guacamole. Or Subway really.

Unfortunately for me the nearest Moe's is about 30 minutes from me. I miss Richmond. I have a Chipotle right down the street from here.
