Hi All

I'm hosting a party a couple of weeks after Christmas (family friendly event), and wondering whether you can help me with ideas for cold options to serve at the party (it's in a park, and if we're lucky we'll get a bbq to ourselves - hence needing some "cooler" food options).

Also any dishes I can make ahead of time that will cut down on my rushing around to get the party sorted.

Not everyone there is vegetarian/vegan (myself and a few others out of 50 or so people), so wanting some *carnivore* friendly options, that will stop them from even noticing the lack of meat (though, there will be sausages there for those that are carnivores)

Just thought it would be fun to provide a couple of vegetarian/vegan dishes everyone might like...

Thanking you in advance :D
