How much room do you have to store your lunch? Do you have a fridge/microwave at work?
When I worked in an office with both, I used to bring about 2 cups of blanched greens (drank the cooking broth in the morning, yum yum), and a little container of rice and beans. I think it's all the fiber in the greens that would keep me full. Also, I kept a fruit stash in my desk drawer. lol

the blog I write. It's mostly about food. Some healthy. Some junky. All vegan.
Not sure if I should even offer feedback since I am a crazy person when it comes to eating. I work about 8 - 10 hours a day so I eat two meals at work generally. I have a day I do all my bulk cooking on (e.i. rice, beans, grains, greens, pickles, kimchee, etc). I invested in a good amount of different sized tupperware and bought a medium size lunch box cooler. I bring things to work, get out the items I prepared for the given meal, heat up the things I need to then sit down and enjoy a nice quiet meal somewhere.
So, for example breakfast I will have grilled tofu, brown rice, miso soup, do chua, clementines and water. For Lunch I will have a massaged kale salad, corn on the cob, buffalo tempeh, celery sticks, banana pudding and water. Everything in a single serve container in my cooler. Everything prepared ahead of time.
