Pesto pasta, veggies, and red potatoes.

Margarine (looks like ice cream), fruit, and avocado corn bruschetta (my favorite).

Chocolate and lemon cake

Alright, some quick snaps

All of that looks delicious. Good luck with the move.

Thank you! I didn't eat much of the food though because my dress was too tight We saved the cake and brought it to Iowa, but it took too long to get here and thawed too fast, so we're tossing it. I'll have to make another one later. I made a double batch of puppy chow before we moved here, so we're set on sweets for a while.

I've heard the rumor it's in Iowa in the garbage.

Food Porn From the Internet

Lol...you would be correct!

Reminds me of my road trip home from South Carolina in May...I had half a pint of So Delicious Creamy Cashew ice cream leftover and didn't want to throw it out. We left at 5 am so I packed it in the cooler. I figured, what the heck, worth a try, right? It stayed really good for a couple of hours. I ended up eating it for breakfast! Lol! No way I was letting that go to waste!

That's an awesome excuse to eat ice cream for breakfast. Not that you need an excuse.

I had some cashew ice cream, but I gave it to my brothers girlfriend before I left so it didn't melt. Hopefully she'll love it and want to buy more Ice cream for breakfast is ALWAYS acceptable.

I thought the cake would last, but it had completely thawed by the first day. We drove through the desert, that's why California, Nevada, Arizona, then Utah.

It would have to be very good to beat Amy's Rice Mac 'n Daiya.

I'm happy to hear you say that. I felt the same way when I tried it. But other people rave about it so I'm glad to know its not just me.

You're definitely not alone. I tried. I disliked it so much that I couldn't even swallow it. My homemade mac and cheese is the best.

Hmm, well I guess I'll just have to try for myself and see. I'll probably get desperate enough to order it from Amazon at some point.

I've had people tell me something is nasty, then I loved it. So judge for yourself

Me too! It must be approaching that time of the month because I've been ravenous all day. Give me all the desserts!

Looks like my office this week. We are switching computer systems, to a different electronic medical record, and everyone is stress eating sweets.
