Watercress and other veggies can easily harbor liverflukes if grown in manure. That is one more reason one should avoid organically grown produce unless it is also vegan (which it rarely is, unless identified as such).

I always thought that the 'liver fluke scare' was something that idiots like Hulda Clark endorsed, but is not really a problem... correct me if I am wrong.
