I missed eating Philadelphia salmon cream cheese on bagels, but I since ditched eating salmon and bagels! So my alternative is this:

In food processor blend pink beans (cooked in pressure cooker for maximum creaminess), 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt or more to taste, two spins around small processor of Sriracha or more to taste, 4 tablespoons tahini. I think this makes about 5 cups of spread.

I swear this tastes so much like the Philadelphia salmon cream cheese!
