Here's the recipe for the berry crumble if anyone is interested (just use margarine instead of butter to make it vegan. I used Earth Balance and it was perfect. I only ended up needing 2-3 tbsp instead of 4): http://www.yumsugar.com/Recipe-Indiv...umbles-9206438

Mmmm baby! I'm so making this. I love the fact that you can add just about anything. I don't have any ramekins but who cares? I could probably eat about three ramekins worth anyway. Like the site too. Thanks, girl.

I could barely finish one, I had might right after dinner. It was amazing, great with ice cream. That site is awesome. YumSugar, TresSugar, and FitSugar are my favs.

OMG that seitan sandwich looks so amazing!! I am basically drooling over here. I want to attempt to make it.

Kale, mushrooms, onions, and yellow pepper sauteed in some fresh garlic with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Served it over some quinoa.

Oh wow, that Philly Seitan looks amazing. Steak and cheese is one thing I still crave. If you have the recipe for it that would be awesome.

I really really wish I did. I got that Philly Seitan at a Vegetarian Cafe in Florida. I'm going to see if I can get my hands on their seitan recipe and if they're okay with it, I'll share it with everyone here. It's the best seitan I've ever had. VERY steak like. If I could eat that everyday, I would. Come visit me in Florida, I'll take you

This isn't the best shot because I had no natural light and didn't feel like frosting them pretty, but these are Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes (VEGAN, from VCTOTW):

I finally broke out my digital camera to take some food porn of my own! Forgive the bad photography, crappy college florescent lighting, etc. etc...

These are what I call zuke 'zzas. You take a zucchini, slice it up, slather with hummus, then add toppings of choice. This time, I bunged on some feta, tomatoes, and kalamata olives, because that's what I had on hand. YUMMERS! And they're really easy to veganize ... I put on some feta because I have some on hand right now, but they're also great without it.

I love this idea! i have some yellow squash from my garden, and eggplant from my Mom's, so this is a new idea I could use with those.

Mmmmm, those look great I haven't made the chocolate cookie ones yet, I'm honestly not a huge Oreo fan, but I would absolutely eat them if someone else made them or bring them to a party.
