I know tofu's texture changes. What about tempeh? In this specific case, it's already cooked.

I made some tempeh sausage from VWAV and after eating half a stack of pancakes, we had tooooooons left. I stuck it in the freezer hoping I can use it later for a marinara sauce or something.

You're gonna make me puke my pants.

sure it'll be fine....also use it on a pizza! Loved her recipe for the sausage, as did the hubbs.

I bought the tempeh to use on pizza, and had one of the pizzas in the oven when I realized I'd forgotten to make it. Ended up making it for breakfast instead. D'oh.

You're gonna make me puke my pants.
