You really have to try this stir-fry it is to die for, LITERALLY to die for!!!!
Here is what you need, I did this for two people.
1 Box of Oyster Mushrooms
1 Box of shi take or Chestnut Mushrooms
3 Spring Onions
2" Ginger (raw)
1 Garlic Clove
Soy Sauce
Veg Stock
Salt
Chilli Powder
Olive Oil
Put the mushrooms into warm water to soak (so it de-creases shrinkage)
Put Olive Oil into a Wok or Frying pan, once hot add Ginger, Garlic and Spring Onions
Then add your Mushrooms. The put little hot water into the pan just so it stops it sticking at the bottom but make sure you dont over do it or it will be too runny. Then add Soy Sauce, Chilli Powder and Veg Stock and not forgetting salt.
Boil your Wholemeal Noodles for 3 mins , drain and then add them to the Wok and mix with mushrooms.
Serve. Trust me you will be amazed
