did you search the net for chia seed recipes? they abound! I just looked too, and instead of linking, you could just take a look, and also there are youtube recipes using chia seeds. There are vegan puddings I saw, among other things. Also, 1 tsp of ground chia seed meal plus 3Tbsp of water mixed and let sit for 10minutes will also give you a replacement egg. I go through spurts where I use them, forget about them, get using them again.....I should be more consistant too, esp since they are so good for you!
