Vegas Veg* (a grassroots group of vegans and vegetarians in Las Vegas) is going to create a cookbook of vegan recipes!
Want to contribute a recipe? You can donate recipes to the project even if you're not local.
YOUR INSPIRATION:
Instead of just veganizing traditional recipes the way some vegan cookbooks do, Vegas Veg* is going to Las Veganize them!
Some recipe ideas:
Cactus Chili
Mesquite Marinaded Tofu
Poker Chip Cookies
Sin City Seitan
You can share your recipes right here so we all get the benefit of them before the cookbook comes out
