I did spend a small fortune, but I haven't been there in a long time.

Got Agave Nector and everyone loves it..YAY

2- Better than Bullion flavors "chik'n & mushroom"

chorizo "sausage" will be asking what to make w/ that...lol

probiotic capsules so I can make the cashew cheeze everyone is talking about!!

Ran out of Braggs Liquide Aminos and tried regular soy sauce this week..blek! all stocked up now.

Vitamins for the kiddos..holy expensive!

I would love to work in that store!

Soyrizo or fake chorizo is wonderful. We fry up corn tortillas. We add garlic, onion, cilantro, potatoes, tofu to it. Slop it on the tortillas, add hot sauce and it's wonderful. If you can, try the Field Roast chipotle sausage. Same thing, but even better.

The Big Bad.

I love it too, and the veggie/vegan shop in Bath is lovely too. I came home with some flaxseed oil and a "chicken" roast for my boyfriend to try.

I go to Whole Foods in London with the intention of just buying a few things I need and end up spending a fortune and coming out with bag loads of yummy things.

Agave Nectar is ace. I especially like it on Weetabix type cereals.

Are you sure this is art, not vandalism?

I get excited when I go to the health food store and then I see the price tag and I get sad again . I do get all giddy though if I find something I want in the clearance/mark down sections though

I love finding sale items! Tried agave nectar for the first time (on sale + coupon) found sprouted grain breads frozen for $2.00- stocked up. Got coconut oil- I don't understand the differences, it was a big jar for $4.50 and all the others more than twice-my skin loves it! They put their produce on reduced shelf while it's still good.

Now to find brown rice syrup on sale, I'll be really happy.

Haha I am glad I'm not the only one who gets excited about trips to the store. But by the time I get done paying for it all, it's more of a "oh crap..." feeling. But then I whip up something scrumptious with the stuff I just bought and it's all good.

And mark-downs/sales at the health food store are the best! Last time I was there I got some organic olive oil, canola oil and peanut butter for a steal!

I get excited too...but because I'm usually saving money on buying things in the bulk bins.

I love our health food store! And it's owned by the son of the person who owns the local thriftys, so it's not a little hole in the wall either. Yay!

Yeah the chipotle sauce is really good. I tried it for the first time the other day. I was cutting it and my hands turned red it looked like I murdered someone!

I'm actually repulsed by fake chorizo haha, probably because I never had the real stuff when I was an omni and it just looks odd to me.

However, I also get very excited when I go food shopping Especially because I don't like to buy non-sale items and I like to see what I can get for a ridiculously low amount of money. It's like a game to me, in a way, with delicious results.
