I just made my first one today! I didn't really use a recipe, just threw a bunch of stuff in. Problem is, it made enough for 2 people and it was just me here. I did drink it all so as not to waste it but WOW that's a lot of smoothie!
I did really like it, but I want to cut the volume and keep all the nutrients. I would also like to just make it in my magic bullet rather than the big blender. I used spinach, berries, a banana, and almond milk in mine, plus some ice cubes to make it cold (but not like a frozen texture).
Any good, uncomplicated recipes? Anything with more protein? I googled it and saw ones with all sorts of stuff my store does not carry. I don't intend to go buy a bunch of expensive stuff from a specialty store. I'd like to just stick to the basics. Thanks!
