well i can all ready tell i'm not getting enough calcium. i'll have to change that.

it's too bad for calcium that almost all of the food choices were dairy! Broccoli and greens weren't even mentioned. as far as the omega 3s, all of the fish were listed first, then the nuts and seeds.....interesting that Total Raisin Bran had more iron than any other food listed though.
