I found out this when thinking of a Gardenburger Riblet...

Take some tofu, that has been paper-toweled-dried, and put the slices in a baggy with bbq sauce. Then later when it is cold pop in a (warmed) pita and eat!!!!

Yes, raw tofu my friends... But it's good!

Maybe thats why I've had bad experiences with it.

I guess extra firm would be best for stir frys?

I love crumbling tofu or cutting it in small pieces and putting it in salad.

and remember, if you freeze tofu blocks in the freezer they will crumble like TVP chunks look, after you of course freeze and unthaw them.
