as for the tea, I would guess its almost the same in each.

I actually researched this question once as I had been told that iced tea had less antioxidants than hot. I found this article from Prevention where they tested various teas' antioxidant levels and although not quite as good as hot tea, Lipton cold-brew achieved a very good rating (table on page 2 of the article):
