Geez, I wish I had the problem of eating a whole bag of spinach or arugala! And plain?!
I go through phases, I don't really have a certain food that always gets to me or that I eat large quantities of all the time. Pretzels, cookies, veggies with hummus, popcorn, a spoonful of dark chocolate peanut butter, peanut butter on a cracker. It really varies. What's bad is when I eat one thing, I'm not satisfied, so I have something else, and so on... so a little bit of everything instead of a lot of one thing.
