this stuff is so yummy! im not the kind of person that likes meat analogs but it was easy for me to realize that its just tvp so i just kept thinking to myself " elizabeth, its just tvp, its just tvp" and i really enjoyed it because it was so spicy. does anyone know how your supposed to eat this stuff, like mix it with rice or something, i just dont know. i fried it up and put it on a wheat bun with grileed peppers and onions and mustard, so yum. i would like to know what else to do with it though.

Well, since it's like chorizo, and if you aren't vegan, then you can scramble it in egg. That's typically how chorizo is made. Sometimes even fried potatoes are added to it.

I doubt there is a way to veganize that. If there was i'd probably do it. Maybe extremely soft/silken tofu?

I'm glad to know that soyrizo is good... I was curious about it for awhile. I should do some experimenting with it.

It's really spicy? Great. I've been hesitant to try it but now I must.
