I've made seitan ribs before. They're really not intended to be sliced and eaten on a sandwich, they're meant to be eaten like ribs. If you're looking for a seitan style deli meat, check out the vegan dad blog (vegandad.blogspot.com). He does a bunch of seitan deli meats for sandwiches.

I'm sure you could add any flavorings that suit you.

these things in the recipe are herbs:

fennel

sage

these are also seasonings:

paprika

onion powder

garlic

tumeric

pepper

soy sauce

what other herbs would you use?

i bet you could use fava beans and onion and garlic and lemon and parsley, instead of white beans and fennel and sage.

I don't know.... a hot toasty rib sandwich sounds pretty good to me. If I weren't vegan, I might put some awful cheese on it too. Probably an awfully strong cheddar. I usually don't use a lot of vegan cheese substitutes, because they can be pretty awful.

It'd go pretty good with a beer. I'd so make that.

Funnel:

Fennel:

I'm not saying you could try putting some dried funnel in there, it might make it chewy...

yes fennel seeds

like when youre unsasisfied with indian meal you could get but chew up fennel coated with a sugary coat but can taste how bad it taste when you got a lame meal wile if you got something better it could taste a little better

but there can be 10000 scenarios with a vegetarian diet and each one has 10000 ways

gevermind

funnel chewy seitan

the coolest thing i eat with eggplants was a spicy timbale with lentils in it. it was the only time i had eggplant and it didn't taste like cigarette ends.

please don't start 1000 threads nagemurut. veggieboards would explode.

and i don't know if animal fat in peoples belly looks like mugs of beer. its possible. i personally try to avoid looking at strange meat-eaters guts.

maybe you could do a survey on the street while you're giving out free desserts, and then revisit respondants a year later to see if their bellyfat looks like cookies instead of meat by then.

i don't know. eggplant always tastes like cigarettes to me. i think maybe i'm just special.

the timbale was roasted eggplant slices in a spicy tomato and brown lentil sauce, the slices were wrapped inside a little bowl and the filling was in the middle, and it was cooked in the oven (not your granny) sort of like a pie with no pastry.

oooh... eggplant hair. that would make pillows very messy at bedtime.

it was something i was used for sorbet icecream at an ice cream kitchen and i got obbsessed with it for a moment and it is vegeterianism - and life to blame so at the and i told my idea that i had that moment - to change to this name.

i think i need just the sage

and i need to go to the market in early time to but vegetables and fruits for a tomato soup but i never wake early for that and i afraid of a bomb in the market

since i bought a new bed i wake up in the 3 pm

just now i've recived an email with photos from israel that a friend i met sent me in a visit she had to israel few years ago.

how bad, i saw the guards beating a men in a party and at least he punched broke a nose of one of them there.

israelis look for blood and so mean - they look so bad - as all the others as how its look for me
