Normally when my parents cook, they tend to accommodate my veggie-ness. However, my dad is making black bean chilli, and he doesn't feel like making a vegetarian one for me, too, because it's a lot of work. Whatever, that's fine.
Anybody have any favourite recipes for black bean (dried ones) chilli with textured vegetable/soy protein in it? My mum bought a bag of it a little while ago and I want to try it out.
Preferably a recipe that is not too tomato heavy.
