Green leafy vegetables (spinach, broccoli, mustard greens, turnip greens, even some weeds such as lamb's-quarters)
Whole wheat bread
Quick rolled oats (I eat them soaked but uncooked, with fruit)
Beans- garbanzo, great northern, etc (cooked of course)
" sunflower kernels
Rice- sometimes white, sometimes brown
Tomato, either fresh or canned
The above list isn't in order of what I eat the most- my diet is actually quite grain-heavy- probably the polar opposite of Atkins.
