I'm an asian, 18 years old this year but my mensuration hasn't started yet. i went for a blood test and it showed that my hormone levels are way too low for any mensuration to start. Any idea of what kind of natural food besides soy that can increase estrogen level? i started eating very little meat since start of year 2008 (once a week).

That's something you should talk to your doctor about. I doubt they would reccomend relying on certain foods to maintain hormone levels.

Do you still eat meat?

This is a board for vegetarians, and people wanting to go veg*n. I hope that includes you.

Like the others have said you should see your doctor; maybe your doctor can find out why your estrogen level is low.

I don't think soy will help you, but your doctor should be able to.

I agree with the others: doctor.

I'm sure he'll help you.

Hope you'll solve this hormonal issue soon. Take care
