Hi everyone,
I'm from small town Nebraska and looking for some vegetarian support. There are quite a few veg's in "the cities" (ok, we have basically two, Omaha and Lincoln)
but not too many here in the sticks.
I've been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and my physician assistant highly recommended a fruits and vegetables diet for me so ..here I am!
I hope to learn a great deal from all of you and to become a part of the group here.
