this is my first post on my very first forum. so i'm the newest kind of newb.
i'm going vegan for the new year. went shopping yesterday for supplies. soy yogurt, rice milk, tofu... and a ton of veggies. i am determined to make it work this time. tried this before some years back and ended up feelin' rather sickly. but i'm taking a good multi-vitamin to pick up where my diet might leave off until i get used to cookin' w/ tofu and nutritional yeast and such. and just cookin', period. i haven't really perused the forums yet but i'll be doin' that over the next few days. anybody have any advice for me? or just some well-wishes? i'll take those, too.
