I am a 51-yr-old single mom who recently (a month ago) decided to go vegetarian. I am enjoying the journey so far, researching and learning as much as I can. I just last week decided to go vegan! I'm really excited about that. I have battled weight for many years and started exercising and eating more healthy in Jan of 08, but wasn't getting where I wanted to be. Afer reading the book "skinny *****, I was completely motivated for ALL reasons to go veggie. So far, I love it - Don't miss the dead flesh at all! I am wondering about the B12 thing though, what exactly provides enough of that? If anyone can help it would be appreciated?
