Hi All!



I found this place through BendingRiver, a friend of mine who also inspired the name , and am looking forward to finding out new and better ways of improving my diet and helping to achieve and maintain my weight goals.

I was actually anticipating that weight loss for quite a while. I've been stepping up my exercise lately and was waiting for the effects to kick in. It just so happened that it dropped all in one day. Weird, but it's stuck and I've lost another 2 lbs this past weekend on top of it. Another 5 and I'll be happy for now. I'm currently at 224. Peak was 263, goal is 200. I'm taking it very slowly on purpose so my changes have time to settle and will hopefully be more permanent.

Sound like you have well thought out goals and how to achieve them wish you well .
