I'm new to these boards but not new to raw. I tried a raw lifestyle last year but because I knew a lot less about nutrition than I do now, I had some problems and eventually quit. Still, the awesome benefits that I experienced stayed on my mind, so this year I jumped back on the raw wagon and, with the help of a nutritionist, and doing it properly. So far, so good! I'm very happy and striving to reach 100% raw (or as close to it as I can achieve healthfully and practically). It's great to see so many other raw enthusiasts.
