Yes, I know that sounds so stupid. I became a vegetarian Jan. 2004 and stayed one until the middle of last year. I feel really bad about it. But I have decided that this time, I won't blow it. Anyway, I'm new here and hopefully joining this forum will provide some support that I didn't have before.

Welcome - don't worry about slipping - the point is you tried, and importantly that you are trying again. You are still doing more than most people do! Congratulations for having the courage to come back to veggi-sm!!

Hello and welcome (is this okay for total newbies to welcome other newbies?!), GreenVeggie -

2nd time veg doesn't sound stupid to me at all, in fact I can relate to that very well and your post made me introduce myself too...

Guess we should not go on feeling too bad about having slipped, but keep trying and otherwise simply enjoy veg-ism

Even if there are people (maybe not here but I've met some IRL) who'd rather us and can't take a 2nd try on veg*nism seriously. I think it's always worth it and still better than not trying at all. Good luck and success!
