Hello, im glad i found this site, i was just searching for info about beans when I stumbled across it. So I started reading the forums, seems like a great site.
Im not a 100 % vegetarian because I do eat white meat sometimes, but I avoid red meat. Though I know its prolly healthier to not to eat meat at all.
I have always been health conscience about what i eat, I went raw once for a while. I fell off the boat a while back, and now trying to get back on it and eat better. The past month has been great for me with my high fiber diet of mostly beans, salads, raw fruits, corn on the cob, and subway sandwiches, and veggie burgers.
